The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has released the official timetable for its flagship WASSCE for private exam (NOVDEC).
NOVDEC which is short for November and December is coined from the exact period this exam takes place. NOVDEC comes as a second option for WASSCE candidates who are not able to meet their grade goals or minimum requirements to apply to the university, training college or any other third-cycle or tertiary institution.

The 2023 NOVDEC timetable is organised to kickstart the exam on Monday 31st of October 2023 all through to Tuesday 20th December 2023.
WAEC will hold this exam across their West African zone including Ghana and Nigeria. Candidates who registered for this year’s exam will have to confirm their exam centres here to be sure where they will be writing to avoid any inconveniences.
Avoid malpractices, focus and learn well to write and pass this exam. If you are caught cheating in the exam hall, your paper will be cancelled and possibly you could be banned from ever writing NOVDEC again.
